Peter and Jenny Jones have been professional licensees for the past 25 years. During their career they have won many awards including Pub Chef of the Year Award and they were finalists in the British Institute of Innkeeping's, Southern Region Pub Challenge.
Peter and Jenny are both Fellows of the British Institute of Innkeeping and The Society of Licensed Victuallers.
Jenny is also an Associate of the Hotel and Catering International Management Association. Peter and Jenny say - "We have always striven to take our own pub food away from the norm and into a fusion of different styles of cooking.
When choosing our menus we base our decisions on the quality of ingredients available for that particular time of year and therefore our menus change with the seasons.
